I've been field recording on a trip recently at the same time as taking photos... and videos... and so I had two 35mm cameras, a small digital compact, and a field recorder on me.

I needed a lot of pockets and very loose clothing.

In fact, it brought clothing into question, as well as how I experience the world with such an intense presence through several senses at once.

It seemed over all cumbersome – the clothing weighed down and bulging and sagging in ways that I didn't find comfortable.

Similarly, my senses were very much alive, but the mediation devices were in a bit of a battle.

The clothing was a sure sign of it being too much.
這樣的穿著成了「過多」的一個明顯跡象。
I think feeling comfortable and natural is the most important thing for me to be open to whatever the world is saying, and so I can say-with-it.
我想，讓自己感到舒適與自然，是我能夠敞開感受、與世界共鳴的關鍵——如此我才能「與它一起說話」。
